We have built this tool to simplify the document collection process. You can use this with your Neighbor to make certain that all documents have been properly collected for processing with Brightpoint.
Your Neighbor will still need to fill out the mail-in or online application for Energy Assistance. This tool is only designed to help ensure that the proper documents are collected prior to filling out the application.
