If documents or information are missing from the form, the application will be deleted after 48 hours. The system is automated and will not be forwarded to a staff person until ALL information has been provided. Clients will have 48 hours after submitting an incomplete form to provide required information, otherwise the application will be deleted and they will have to start over. The client will not be notified of this. Many clients will submit partial applications and think they are waiting on someone to contact them, but this is not the case. If they didn't provide everything, then the application simply never got to a human being.
