Thank you for reserving one or more Care Cards for a neighbor in need. Our Thrift Store staff will get to work processing this to be ready when the neighbor visits the store.
Please remind the neighbor that it can take up to 24 hours for the Clothing Care Card to be ready for them at the Thrift Store.
Starting in 24 hours, the neighbor can simply visit the Thrift Store and shop for the clothing they need (up to $30 per household member), and then visit the cashier at the front desk and share either their first and last name or their phone number. The cashier will be able to look up this Clothing Care Card and get them taken care of!
