Thank you for visiting the District Resource section of our website. This area is still in the development phase and will eventually encompass information about a wide range of resources available in northeast Indiana. Additionally, it will provide guidance on how to effectively refer neighbors to these resources.

Virtual Clothing Vouchers

  • Use this form to expedite referring your Neighbor facing eviction to Just Neighbors. Their Case Manager is in court 5 days a week an unable to answer the phone. We partnered with them and created this form so you can easily open a case and move it to the front of the line!
